Woodbury is the east metro’s boom town, most of it built from the 1990s on, and we know it well from our shop just down the road. From the established neighborhoods around Ojibway Park and Colby Lake to Wedgewood, Dancing Waters, and Stonemill Farms out east, the housing here is dominated by big two-stories with lots of roof: steep pitches, multiple gables, and plenty of surface for hail to find.

Much of Woodbury’s 1990s and early-2000s stock is hitting roof-replacement age right now, and the city’s wide-open eastern edge takes wind and hail with less tree cover to soften it. We also do a steady business in siding and window replacement here, the original builder-grade vinyl and windows on many of these homes have aged faster than the houses themselves.
