Eagan filled in through the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, and its neighborhoods wear those decades clearly, the older split-levels and ramblers around Cedar Grove near the old Cedarvale area, the 1980s stock around Blackhawk and Thomas Lake, and the 90s two-stories closer to Lebanon Hills and the Inver Grove line.
