Roofing, Siding & Window Insights for Burnsville
Burnsville is a mature Dakota County suburb that filled in mostly through the 1970s and ’80s, set on the bluffs above the Minnesota River near Buck Hill. Its housing is dominated by split-levels, two-stories, and walkout-lot homes from that era — now well into their second roof and ready for siding and window updates.
We handle architectural-shingle re-roofs, vinyl, LP SmartSide and James Hardie re-sides, and seal-failed window replacement on these homes. Burnsville’s south-metro, river-bluff position keeps it in the hail path, so storm inspections and insurance-claim roofing and siding are routine — and it’s a short drive from our St. Paul Park office.
We Know Burnsville
Burnsville is a city we know well, from the Blaze on Friday nights to the Fire Muster every fall and winters out at Buck Hill. We’ve worked on homes across its river-bluff neighborhoods — the ’70s and ’80s splits and walkouts that define the town. A short drive from our St. Paul Park office means we’re close when Burnsville families need us, and local enough to know the area’s homes inside and out.
Recent Storm Damage in Burnsville
The Twin Cities metro has been hit by repeated hail and high winds over the past two years, and Burnsville sits squarely in the impact zone. The most recent major event was the June 19, 2026 storm, which drove large hail and damaging winds across the metro. Before that, the July 28, 2025 storms brought damaging straight-line winds (a 60 mph gust at MSP) with 1–1.5″ hail, and spring 2026 added severe hail on April 13, 2026 plus a 70-mph-wind, ping-pong-size-hail outbreak on April 23, 2026. Earlier, September 19, 2024 dropped 1.5–2.5″ hail on parts of the south metro. If your roof, siding, or gutters took a hit, we document the damage and walk you through the insurance claim.
