Bloomington splits neatly in two. East Bloomington is classic mid-century Minnesota, block after block of 1950s and 60s ramblers and story-and-a-halfs with simple, honest rooflines. West Bloomington climbs into the hills around Bush Lake and Hyland with larger, younger custom homes on wooded lots. We work both sides, and they’re completely different jobs.

The east side’s ramblers are on their third or fourth roof by now. They’re efficient projects, but age matters underneath, original decking boards, old ventilation, and layers of history that need reading before the bid. The west side brings bigger, steeper, more complex roofs where material quality and flashing detail carry the job.
